Our site uses Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Shopify is a leading well trusted and secure supplier of these services. All credit card transactions are processed using industry standard security protocols such as SSL.

4. Product Information

Our STD/STI test kit products have been sourced from reputable manufacturers who operate their facilities under ISO ensuring consistent quality of production. We have a long-standing relationship with this supplier who also supplies global health organisations with their products. All claims made on the site related to product accuracy are those of the manufacturer.

5. Right to cancel

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped we cannot accept cancellations as we have no way to recall the product. Due to the healthcare aspects of the product we cannot accept any goods in return. If you have any issues with your test kits then please advise us and we will replace or refund.
